In addition to providing technical services at a project level, Insight provides consulting and training at an organizational level in business strategy, business management, and project management. These services can be provided at the level of a business, a business unit, or an individual work team.

Insight works with your service to develop business strategy (what are the goals for your business or business units, and what is the strategy whereby you are going to get there). Insight also helps clients with the development and review of business plans, and with measuring and tracking business milestones and key indicators. The development of business strategy and management involves a range of methodologies including consultation with a range of stakeholders (who have opinions on or are affected by the strategy or proposal), data collection and analysis (using interviews, focus groups, surveys and administrative data), and economic analyses.

Insight provides consulting and training services for clients in business strategy and management. Insight CEO, Dr Mark Griffin, is the Chair of the Special Interest Group for Business Analytics (International Institute of Business Analysis), and the Co-Chair of the Section for Business Analytics (Statistical Society of Australia).

Insight Clinical Trial Design & Analysis explores clinical trials from a technical perspective. Insight Research Services Associated also includes Insight Business Management, Analytics and Market Research which explores projects and organizations from a business perspective.

Insight is based at the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct. The Precinct contains Griffith University Gold Coast, the Gold Coast University Hospital, the Gold Coast Private Hospital, and the Cohort and Lumina tech parks. Insight provides research, consulting, training, and IT support services for clients across the Precinct and for the broader international community.
